  • At Base Pro Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds:

    • Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returned items.

    • Product Variations: Due to the natural or synthetic origin of our ingredients, variations in taste, mixability, consistency, or appearance may occur. These differences are normal and not grounds for return. All products are manufactured within strict quality control specifications.

    • Order Issues: For any concerns with your order or product, please contact us at info@basepronutrition.ca.

    • Missing Items: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if any item is missing.

    • Return Conditions: Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition unless otherwise authorized by Base Pro Nutrition.

    • Refunds: Full refunds (excluding the original shipping cost) will only be issued if all the above conditions are met.
